My parents are travelling with other senior citizen from Panipat by IRCTC Tour package Dakshin Bharat Yatra(NZBD190) S8 seats 41 to 48. Train is not clean from inside. Its very dirty and smelly. Conditions of washrooms are pathetic. Its a riligious journey. They are travelling for 12 days. Its very difficult for anyone to travel in this environment. Pls do the needful. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 21, 2017 mayupal's response I am travelling with my 9 month old son and found some insects in train while sleeping. Fear it don't bite me or my son.
