Sir, I am having a regular irctc reservation account. Last month, i have successfully got a ticket from nagpur to pune. However, when i, try to take return journey, i find that my account has been deactivated without any intimation, resulting to enable me get reservation. I already lodge my complaint on 26 July, however, no action towards activating my account has been taken up till now. Please do the needful immediately.
