Respected Sir/Madam, I was booking a Railway ticket from using my freerecharge wallet, , and I was successful my transection but ticket in not book. After that I checked my account there were reduce my balance of RS. 430. I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response. what should I do. Please help me.
