When we booked tickets through online the amount was deducted not tickets were not confirmed, at that time getting information like "sorry try again". Last week I lost RS 2000/-. Please let me know how can I get back my money. Previously, I got the same problem, at that time I neglected because it was small amount, not now it was RS 2000/-. I tried to complain on the site itself, but I couldn't found any complaint box.

IRCTC has debited 11.5 from my account 2 times for a single transaction.So please give me answer for it.This is not the first time it happened .i request IRCTAC to please give my money back .
