Hello sir/madam. I am Samiran Deepak Bhabad. I was trying to reserve tickets of 10th February of Sevagram express from Nasikroad station to Nagpur station on 8th of February . During process, they declined the reservation(while making payment) and took me to login page. But my bank Passbook is showing me transaction of IRCTC payment twice of 600 rd per transaction. Which deducts my 1200 rs. I am sending my account details. Please check and give me my refund amount.
