Hi, i am nikhil from nagpur, currently doing job in chengalpattu, chennai. Today i. E; 25/08/2018 i had my train @3.45 pm from chennai central to my native nagpur. To reach chennai central station i usually take local train from paranur station as it is most economical and convenient mode of transportation for general public. The timing for the local train was 1 pm, 1.50 pm l. Since my train to nagpur departure time was @ 3.45 pm i reached the local train station paranur @ 12.45 pm, i waited till 2.05 pm at the paranur station but both the local train didn't arrived hopping it will come as the trains are regularly late. Atlast losing my patience, i took an ola cab at 2.10pm and reached the chennai central station 2 min late when my train was departing. I was unable to catch the train. This is total injustice with customer like me who rely on your local train timing chart and there is no announcement at the station the train will be late. What is wrong with the authority, why can't they maintain the timing as planned for the train. Trust is the factor which drive this world. This is like playing with public sentiments, a person has his own problems and because of negligence of the authority they suffer more. I want justification for this and also the compensation. Kindly, do the needful. Hope you don't dishearten me and help in maintaining trust on the authority. The total money i spend today because of your negligence is rs. 515 of train i missed, rs. 970 of cab and general ticket for nagpur rs. 285. = rs. 1770 Hope you will justify.
