I cancelled two tickets from amritsar to delhi and delhi to amritsar yesterday 25/08/2017. But still i did not
Get any refund. The cancellation detail is as under:
Dear customer,
We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 860 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.

Dear customer,
We wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per your request. The refund amount of rs. 220 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.
As the cancellation status shows that i got refund on 27th august. But i did not get any refund yet. I am also sending you cancellation status with attachment.
