Dear sir/madam, I have booked for 2 journey in train named saurashtra janta express (19217) from bandra terminus to jamnagar boarding from bilimora for the journey date on 06/03/2019. Other journey was in train named okha ers exp (16337) from okha to valsad for journey date on 11/03/2019. Both the ticket was later on cancelled by passenger before 48hrs of schedule departure and even after 4-5 days did not received refund amount in bank a/c. Recently I payed IRCTC for book a ticket with
Mobiwik Account with order Id [protected]. After dectucting Money from my Mobiwik wallet the IRCTC app showed me nothing without booking ticket I received message of detuctation of money from wallet. I requesting to related issue that money I want as refund

I have tried to booked Tatkal ticket three times on 27/02/2019 Ahemdabad to Indore through IRCTC online, but ticket not booked and 3 times money debited to my account 1230+1230+1230 =3690/-Rs.
Kindly help to refund my ammount.
