Today is 23rd May2018, the last date of Renewal of my e wallet account but when i click on renew it ask me for PAN No. and first name which i enter correctly but as soon as i click on Renew, i get logged out from the website and i have to again login. i have contacted to the customer care also @ [protected] but they told me to send email about the problem at [protected]@irctc.co.in, which i have done, but no action taken. i again contacted the customer care but i got the same answer, i request you to please do the needful my account details are as below.
