Sir me nzm link express se travel kr rha hu, mera borth KPG to NZM tkk hai, humne coach me IRCTC ka member btta ke dinner oder lene aaya, toh mene dinner oder kr diya unhone itarsi me food provide kiya, or mene usne 500rs ke note diya change na hone ka kah kr wo aage chala gya or kaha aage deta hu but Abhi tkk money return krne nhi aaya,

I had transaction on irctc website through debit card payment has been debited but trasaction failed.Neither bank nor customr care is ready to register complian.and payment has not been credited to mg account

Pillow is not provided by staff ..my set number is 19 B4 .. train number 12792 date -2 October while traveling to Jabalpur to Secunderabad air conditioning couch attainder has not provided pillow ..and I am not able to sleep it is now 4:14 am and there is no pillow for my seat..I fact I have paid for it .. service is not given properly.
