I have booked a train ticket from mirzapur to jodhpur on 29th sept 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded. Refund against pnr number null /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 2762.78 Transaction description ipay/eshp/one97 communica/[protected]/2019 Plz look into this matter immediately.
