Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — File tdr for not travelling but they refused to pay my amount | |||||
Dear IRCTC Team, May i know the reason why my money is not refundable? I am challenging you IRCTC to prove that i have traveled on 15 th feb on NDLS CNB shatabdi 12034. i have sufficient evidence to prove that i have not traveled on that day. I am facing this harassment 2-3 times and this time I am not gonna bear this anymore. One thing i also wanna clarify that on 15 feb i was traveling from Bathinda to new delhi by train Intercity express 12482 and on the same day there was Jaat Aandolan in Haryana thats why my train route had been diverted and it reached on old delhi railway station some where around 5:30 pm and by that time my connecting train that is ndls cnb shatabdi had already departed from its scheduled departure I.e 3:50 pm, so there is no question on that i have traveled through shatabdi.And the reason which i quoted "travel without proper ID proof" is because at that time your website was not taking any other reason, so i have no other option except this. moral of the story is that i have not traveled that day by train no. 12054. kindly sort out the issue ASAP otherwise i am gonna escalate this issue with all the sources which i have eg. Mr Prabhu twitter handle, social media, facebook, consumer forum etc. i am attaching all the proof as well.
