I travelled via rajdhani express 12952 starting on 30th may from delhi to mumbai. My coach was b10. My pnr no. Was [protected]. My grievances: Food served was stale. I complained to the caterer, he changed paneer dish, but dahi provided again was stale. He refused to provide the fresh one. He also told me that dahi has been kept here for 2 days, it is not his problem that it has gone bad. Not even me, other passengers were served stale food as well. Many didn't eat and slept hungry. On demanding feedback form, same wasn't provided. I asked for his superior, but he refused to entertain and told me that his superior doesn't like talking to passengers.
