I was cancelled my ticket on irctc web site 06/06/18 and 07/06/18, till date i have not receive my refund amount. I was booked ticked on 05/06/18 and 06/06/18 on irctc web site using net banking. I was mailed to irctc with full detail Booking history 1. Pnr no. [protected] Date of booking 05/06/18 train no. 12780 2. Pnr.
