Dear sir, I was traveling from cuttack to kolkata in satabdi express, c4 coach on 22nd may 2017. Just after having lunch, the railway catering staffs came and asked for tips from all the customers. The railway cleaner also came and was forceably asking for tips. After refusing they were still asking for the tips. Strong actions should be taken against such people.
