I was trying to book a ticket from cstm to ang (Train 51033) dated 25-apr-18, on 24-apr-18 under the tatkal scheme for 3 passengers amounting to inr 750 through the irctc app. The first attempt failed after entering the otp due to server issue though the payment was failed, the amount of 750 was deducted from my account The second attempt also failed after entering the otp due session expiring, but the amount was again deducted for 750. The thirst attempt was successful and the ticket was booked. (Pnr [protected]) Since the first & second attempt failed to booked tickets after entering the otp and the amount for the sessions were deducted for rs 750 on each transaction, i demand a full refund of rs 1500. My ticket got cancelled automatically as it was a waitlisted. I didn't got refund credited to my account.
