I kartik bairwa writing this to inform you that i haven't received any refund for transition failed Transition date : 19 august 2017 Transition id [protected] On 19 aug i booked a train e-ticket through irctc website. Train no. 22209 ndls duronto exp 3rd ac, but after transition it showed a message "unable to perform transition and you money will be refund". And now it's showing money refunded, but i didn't received any money in my account. I am requesting you to kindly consider my request and refund my money as soon as possible as it's matter of trust and faith on your policies.
