Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — i am complaining about not getting informed that my ticket got confirmed | |
I had booked the boarding ticket (Pnr [protected]) through irctc in tatkal kota from delhi (Dli) to ahmedabad jn (Adi) for ashram express. At the time of booking it was in waiting and got confirm afterwards but i didn't received any conformation msg from neither from indian railways nor irctc till the train departure time. After 2 hours of train departure i received an sms that my ticket got confirmed, but till than the train was departed from the boarding station. So i could not able to borad the train. Because of this i was neither able to travel my journey nor i got my refund back. Please tell me who is responsible the inconvenience of mine and loss of money.
