I was cancelled my ticket 14-feb-2018. The status in irctc is money is refunded to puyumpp account. But i dont have any account in it. Refund my money to the same bank account i do my transaction

Dear sir, my email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is 91-[protected] respectively, which is already registered with irctc but i, have no Email & mobile verication code/OTP, in the absence of two verication code, i am unable to book train ticket.kindly help me.
