Dear customer, With reference to refund against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled., it is advised that tdr claim case has been regretted stating no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled on[protected] by chief commercial manager/refunds /null. As per your appeal, chief commercial manager/refunds /null has been requested to reopen the case with remarks case wrong repudiated with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. Please reconsider the case and process the refund as train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. For further processing along with supporting document provided by you. On receipt of refund amount from the railways, it will be credited to the same account of the customer through which booking was made through opted payment gate way. In case you require any further assistance, please mail us at [protected]@irctc.co.in or call us on[protected]. I got another email Dear customer, Kindly note that your refund case of pnr no. [protected] has been reopened & forwarded to ccm/central railway on dt.23-nov-2016 for further processing of your refund. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to the user’s account through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
