This is with regards to my SBI Credit card payment, I had a failed transaction while booking IRCTC Ticket on the 11th of January 2019. This was reported with SBI Cards in the month of January 2019 with following complaint no. C-1433A2486231 and R-1433A2837438 and the same issue was also raised with the IRCTC call center. But till date no action is been taken and they are being charging me late payment fee to my credit card till date. They are stating that payment has been withheld by IRCTC and amount is debited from credit card. I need the failed transaction details from a user IRCTC user ID : vikaskankariya. Along with a confirmation that refund is initiated with the transaction number. The statement and the transaction details is attached for Rs. 1904 & Rs. 1904. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 26, 2020 Updated by Vikas Kankariya It is more than 5-6 weeks the complaint is been raised but know one has replied. If this is not addressed then will file a written application to the court of law. We request you to take the action immediately.
