My pnr is [protected]. I m travelling in 12223 ltt ers during exp departing ltt on 24 apr 18. I have found an insect in the dal dish in lunch on 25 apr 18 shown to serving staff of pantry car at the same time. This is a premium class train and these type of incidents placing a question mark on the services of indian railways & irctc. Because of few defaulters, whole organisation is blamed. Plz take some necessary action against the defaulters and inform about the same and preventive measures to stop this. Regards Was this information helpful? | |
