Hi, I have cancelled a ticket with pnr number :[protected] I checked the current status Which is still in waiting list (4 members rqwl4 to rqwl7) So i have cancelled on 17 march I have paid 1900 for the 4 tickets (475 each) while booking, The railway e-ticket refund policy says when We cancel waiting list ticket before 48 hours, We will be charged rs 60 for each person And for the confirmed ticket it will be rs 120 per person As i have cancelled the ticket which was in waiting list i should have to get refund of 1660/- (60 person and for 4 persons it will be 240/- 1900-240= 1660/-) I have to get 1660/-, But refund is initiated for rs1420/- Refund the remaining amount. i have cancelled my ticket on 05.03.2020 with PNR Number: [protected] and refund amount of Rs. 4425, still not received by me in bank account, status showing sent to bank from last 10-12 days.
kindly look into the matter
