Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — international phone not getting verified | |
Dear sir/madam, my name is nagesh tavarageri and i have already verified my email id with the user id - tavarageri64. However, i am not able to verify the international phone (Starting with +1 for us international code), even though i am able to get the verification code and i input the correct verification code on the website. Due to this i am not able to use the website at all. I opened a ticket with irctc for this purpose and even provided the screen shots of the problem. When my problem is with the phone verification, the customer care officer provides me details of verifying the email id on the log-in screen. The ticket # with irctc is 1180231. I Purchased 1 Ticket online for CBE TO MAS BY 12674 CHERAN EXPRESS ON 07 aug 2018 .I used my DEBIT CARD OF AXIS BANK .INFO; PUR/IRCTC APIN/NEWDELHI/SEQ NO[protected], [AS PER SMS received in my mobile NO [protected]], but I found neither any ticket nor any booking history.Simply Rs 1940 is debited in my account.
