[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Irctc account deactivated | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam I have been trying to approach IRCTC through to customer care service since a couple of months but am not able to get a resolution to my issue. Few months back I was wrongly accused by IRCTC of fraud during tatkal hours on the IRCTC website. Though I have never ever misused the irctc websites and have been a long time user to book my travel tickets without causing any misconduct, my account was suspended I was told that I will need to register using a different Mobile and Email. I dont have any other mobile So does that mean I am not allowed to travel via Indian Railways hence forth without doing anything wrong? I have not been also told what Fraud was done so that I could fight it. No Doubt irctc is doing good by trying to stop frauds from misusing and making ticketing smooth But is there no mechanism to separate the actual frauds from the genuine travelers like me? I contacted IRCTC through twitter handle of theirs and they have resolved the issue. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
