Hi Team, Need help for re-activating my IRCTC account "manomohank" . I have sent first mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in on 23 Dec 2019 (ticket id[protected] as suggested by there customer Care. After that they informed me that it was due to " You did not mention proper address in your user id profile so your user id has been deactivated due to Garbage or Junk profile. I have sent all the details what ever they asked for. My question is, i have linked to my Aadhaar card and address is auto fetched and than how come they says not mentioned proper address. I am following up from Dec 23 2019 till than only one answer i received (your below-enclosed email has been forwarded to concern department, you will receive a reply in this regard shortly) but never got a reply from them even after call nothing happened .
