Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — irctc not providing fraud transaction details to cyber crime department to enquire about fraud transaction on my syndicate bank account

Sir,
On 12 July 2019 fraud transaction done from my account and same day we approached Cyber police to resolve issue and cyber Department submitted complaint with case I'd.4440592 to IRCTC imudra it department to get fraud transaction details from IRCTC.

It's been more than 6 months From July to till date December 2019 from date of complaint against IRCTC but they are not cooperating and how cyber department will take necessary action to find the fraudsters.

I called number of times but they are not answering calls.
Please help us.
