Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — IRCTC TDR Refund | |||
I have filed for a TDR against PNR. [protected] travel date 28th Aug 2015 for Punjab mail as the training was running late for almost 66 hours. I filed the TDR refund on the same day with the help of Mumbai TDR section team. I have not yet received the refund back yet. The current status shows as CR Registered for almost 1.5 months. 1. When I contact Mumbai TDR section they updated me that I should write to tdrprocess email id and they will look after my case. they also gave me couple of number for IRCTC which never works 2. I wrote to tdrprocess about the refund and contacted Mr. Sanjay Kumar IRCTC TDR process section. He had given an answer to contact Northern Railway for detail as this train falls with Northern Railways. I have all the emails from IRCTC on my interaction with them 3. I have asked him the contact person or department details for the same where he is not replying. 4. I also contacted "[protected]@irctc.co.in" (Mr. Vinay) and "[protected]@irctc.co.in". but what all I am getting as a response is they are passing the ball between IRCTC and Railways nothing else they are not worried at all for customer complaint 4.
