I used IRCTC wallet for tatkal ticket booking. Two times I did but both times I did not receive the OTP. As a result I had to go other way for payment but till that time seats went into waiting. I don't understand what is the use of these wallet then. IRCTC just eats interest on our money but never gives the result. Very underscoring. Also IRCTC charged extra money to put money into wallet and then again for paying from wallet. This is terrified. Please ask govt to look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
