I had booked air ticket through irctc online which is advertised as 'refundable' in the month of july 2018 for travel by jet airways for one way from indore to pune. Due to unavoidable circumstances i have to cancel my journey. Upon cancellation irctc make zero refund informing that jet airways will not refund any charges. Despite writing to irctc no action being taken for misleading advertisement. Was this information helpful? | |||
