Dear IRCTC, I am haresh bhoj Recently I had tried to book ticket on tatkal for BVI to BRC, . I had got my money 852 rs deducted from my account but didn't got booked ticket, . I had called on IRCTC care and they listen me carefully then cut the call, . I had tried a lot time to reach IRCTC but could not got possible by saying all customers executives are busy, . I am regular user of IRCTC and if you are treating peoples like this way then what is requirements o[censored]s with you.
