I am kanagajothi i ordered food 2 different places against my pnr: [protected].
1) order number: 9800245
2) order number: 9800482.
My first order 9800245 delivered but my second order 9800482 is not delivered. Both bill payment already done via my bank card.
But caterers told passenger not in seat that time
Not picking phone call that is lie after that i asked them sent screenshots for call history they sent but that is different number.
Now caterers not response my call.
Caterers name : chandra caterers (Ratnagiri)

I cancelled my ticket having pnr number: [protected] and [protected] on 1/04/2019 .
Train number:12801, date of journey:2/04/2019 and
Train number:12802, date of journey:5/042019 .In refund status it is showing that it has been refunded but still i have not received my money in my bank account.

Kindly solve this issue.

I have cancelled tickets in my irctc account.

PNR: [protected], [protected]

But in irctc site the status showing as Amount Refunded. But did not get the refund in my Credit card.

Can you please check.

My transaction I'd [protected] booking date 03.03.2019 amount rs.589.98 this amount yet refund your side so please refund as early as possible
