I reserved a ticket through irctc app for may 7, since I was on waiting list, upon enquiring at the railway station, I took another ticket and traveled.. They said that the ticket will get canceled automatically, but still I can see the status of the ticket as in waiting list. I didn't get the refund also. Sir, please should be prohibited smoking in passengers train., bcz some persons don't compromise with other person .
