I have canceled my train ticket on 5th Feb 2017 and it has been more than 35 days, I have not got any refund yet. I am getting false excuses from them but nothing has been happening yet.
My ticket details:

PNR: [protected]
Pune to Latur (11th Feb) - 2 Passengers
IRCTC tkt : 5233378

Please help me get my refund of Rs.1130 back to my account as soon as possible.

On 7th March, 2017.My ticket is not conferm but my Rs 836 cut from mymobikwik account. please return my balance to my mobikwik account.
