Sir/madam My train 12307 was on Wed Jan 04(Sheduled departure 20:10:00) was at Agra fort station. I came to know that the train would be late more than 3 hrs. so I filed TDR against My PNR Number [protected] and PNR Number [protected](TDR filing time :Wed Jan 04 18:18:48 IST 2017, and Wed Jan 04 18:17:34 IST 2017 respectively) before sheduled and actual departure of the train . As per railway rule for train late more than 3hrs, I had applied TDR before sheduled and actual departure of train, but it is repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds with reason of '' Invalid TDR stamp: delay''. Actual train depature time was about Thr Jan 05 3:00:00 which is almost more than 7 hrs late at Agra cant station. It is totally injustice. Was this information helpful? | |

On[protected], train no.12295 was indefinitely late of its scheduled departure time. So the refund of ticket fare was requested against my e-ticket PNR No.[protected], Tr. No. [protected], from SBC to PPTA, class-2nd AC, Coach A3, Berth 33, CNF. For this the CR registered by the railway and displayed in my e-ticket. I postponed journey.
