I bharat narsinghani travelling from train number -12618;pnr number-[protected] and [protected] have ordered food from irctc toll free number 1323 at 2 p. M. They have promised us to provide food at ratnagiri station at 3.50 and we have received the acceptance of our order (Order number-1283709 and 1283738) by text message. As train got late and reached ratnagiri at 10.14 pm we were waiting for our ordered food but no one was there to deliver food we haven't received any message about cancellation of food and executive on a call just raised his hands from the complaint. PNR not generated of Txn no [protected] I had booked tickets Tinsukia to Jalandhar city Dt 03/10/2017 MT account debited Rs 2534.56. Pls refund my amount I was trying to book tickets 30/10/17 aprox 3.42 train no 15933 tranvel date 26/12/2017 but tickets was not booked. I request request the irctc pls refund my amount
