I AM FORCE TO FILE T D R FOR REFUND OF MY TICKET ON DATED 26 OCT 2015 WELL BEFORE JOURNEY BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT TILL DATE T D R IS NOT CLEARED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND.

Dear Customer,
In reference to your mail, please note that as per your request TDR has
been filed against pnr __[protected]______ and you can check the status of your TDR
claim online at IRCTC website using your login account.
As per the policy framed by Railway Board, refund is processed by the
Zonal Railway under whose jurisdiction station of the train falls. IRCTC
only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation System through its
server and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it.
On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the
account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while
making booking.
Further you can also pursue the case directly with your concerned zone
___NORTHERN_______ RAILWAY (_NR__) with email id "[protected]@claims.indianrail.gov.in_________"accordingly.
