Respected sir /mam its already nearly 2 months to my ticket cancelled but their is still no refund given of my 2 tickets also transaction id -[protected] (PNR- HM4BFT) & [protected] ( PNR- FFQQ8V )..i have sent my both id s bank statement in my last mails ...& also called on ur customer care no -[protected]...almost called every 10 days in last 40 days but their is no solution for this problem .so i request u to clear my refunds as quick as possible...so that i can use that money which is with irctc from last 2 months ... my mail id which is registered to irctc is [protected]@gmail.com & my mobile no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
