Hi this is to bring to your notice the massive fraud being done in indian railways. We booked a ticket counter ticket for delhi ti hyderabad. Pnr [protected]. Chart git prepared at 3 am and it was waiting listed ticket. When we went to counter irctc said rs 0 refund. So i soulf like to know for what was i charged by indian railways.
