Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Not received refund amount for FILED TDR | |||
Hi, I have filed TDR for PNR "[protected]" on 30-Dec-2016 as train was 7-8 hr late from expected time. Till now I have not received my money back. I have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in & [protected]@irctc.co.in, but no response I have received. Its like a bad experience for customer. At-least customer support shopuld be better.
