Respected sir, Transaction ids: [[protected]] and [[protected]] It is to inform that, i was cancelled my tickets against pnr numbers: [protected] and [protected] on[protected] around @ 11:06 am, the actual date of journey is on[protected] and also i have been received a confirmation mail for refund of an amount of rs. 1950 and rs.200 respectively as it is stated that "it will be refunded back to respective account shortly". But where in, when i have been checked at refund history in my login, the refund status is showing as "refunded on 02-feb-2018". The same has been herewith enclosed. Further i have been changed my maid id from: ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) to ([protected]@gmail.com), so please take an early action accordingly for refund of my amount in respective accounts. I have cancel my book ticket on 3rd feb 18 from varanasi to howrah journey date 9th feb 18 but the money not refunded in my account abd there are 10 days ago my transaction id[protected] please reply as soon as possbile
