Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from gkp to nna journey date 30april2016, but the train got late from more than 4 hours.I had filed the tdr on the same day at 30-april-2016 17:39:48 hrs.The status of tdr showing cr repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. My ticket from jodhpur to Secunderabad, i have booked three seats and cancel one seat on 25.04.2016 and that time i am got a short sms from your side the sms clearly indicate that i will be got my refund shortly but still i dont get it. So kindly provide my refund as soon as you can. Myself Lokesh Goyal
