I booked tatkal ticket of maharashtra train (11039) from pune to badnera for 2 may 2018, i got waiting of tqwl65 but later i check availability for pune to badnera for same train i. E 11039 on same date i. E 2 may 2018 they show tatkal availability is 31 available before booking availability is 33 available. I came to conclusion that irctc produce flush pnr. They took money from us and gives the waiting ticket and refund after 4-5 days it means they use our money for 4-5 days. Please check the timing and availability along with time in photos. I had cancelled the ticket on 24/04/2018. And amount of 325 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 24/04/2018 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below, ,
