I have booked a ticket on 18th March under tatkal quota for train no. 12280 Taj express pnr [protected] which was waiting CKWL57/56 as on when booking completed.. By the time chart prepared I was not allotted seat as it was showing CKWL57/30. Now railway has emailed me that I will get refund of Rs. 40 but I have paid Rs 122..moreover their customer service executive told me that it's a policy.. What policy is this.. Are you stealing people's money? when I emailed their customer service they provided me wrong information ..i have paid Rs.122 but they have emailed me by saying that you have paid Rs.250..and they said I have puchesed 2 tickets while I only purchased one ticket now they are not responding to my emails..poor and deficient services Was this information helpful? | |||
