Passengers are oftenly being surcharged in trains and at station.recently I was at mughal Sarai railway station to buy some cookies and edibles.I was asked to pay Rs10 extra for each product I took. Kindly pay attention to this malfunctioning of irctc, as it also hurts foreigners which in turn creates negative image of our nation abroad.so please restrict the irctc's vendors from exploiting passengers.
