Hi Sir, i am not getting OTP on my registered mobile number as i am trying to process of forgot password. its been 2-3 weeks and almost everyday i am trying to reset my irctc password. once i fill user name and enter captcha, new screen appear for OTP but OTP is never come since i waited long time. I have purchased tickets 8th may 2016, train no 12358, ASR KOAA EXP.
The said amount has deducted from BANDHAN BANK MY transaction id was [protected]. A s per their guidelines fro IRCTC have send mail have not received any reply or refund my said amount.
what would be next step for refund.
