Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — payment deducted ticket not booked | |
I tried booking a ticket through uts app and the payment was done using freecharge, the transaction shows as successful and money got deducted whereas the ticket was not booked. I tried contacting the customer care no. But the calls are not going through and they are not responsive on the email as well. Please let me know how this can be resolved.
