[protected] has been cancelled on 03-jul-2017 at 06:45:03 am, after receiving train cancellation message on 01.07.17 at 7:02 pm Also while cancelling the ticket thru irctc train cancellation message was appearing so "reply from u stating"train cancellation tag was not imposed" does not justified my deduction. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 18, 2017 laxmantv's response was trying to book ticket on line on arctic portal.The amount towards the ticket is debited to SBI bank for my SBI debit card with out even confirmation of the ticket.There is no information in IRCTC on my confirmed ticket or on my cancellation ticket history.IT is not there where but the amount is debited.I want this amount too be reversed and credited back to my account as ticket has not been issued nor it is confirmed kindly do the needfulthanks.
