I booked a train ticket for travel on 09th June, 2018 from Baroda (BRC) to Mumbai Central (MMCT). Since the train was late by more than three hours, I cancelled the ticket & filed a TDR for refund of ticket money (amount Rs. 1075) on same day (Transaction id : [protected]).
Its been more than a month & I have not yet received the refund amount.
I request you to kindly look into this matter & refund me the ticket amount as soon as possible.
My username used for booking of ticket is "makrand137". Also attached is the screenshot of TDR status with complete ticket details.

I got the ticket refund from IRCTC via my payment vendor - Razorpay after more than a month of filing the TDR.
