Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — rat damaged luggage in 3 tier a/c | |||
Sir/Madam, I am Sidhanta Choudhury. I had a confirmed ticket in 3 tier AC(B4 compartment in Prasanthi Express 18463 from BBSR to KSR). I boraded at BAM. There were rats in my cabin and they did tremendous damage of my luggage and items inside it. Many food items are open and can't be consumed. Some clothes are also damaged.This is completely unacceptable by 3tier A/C standards of Indian Railways. I have seen rats before also on the train. But this time this was way too much.I can add additional if needed. For the horrible damage, I request you to kindly issue me a monetary compensation.
